Even though here at Scummy Recordings we often lean to hip hop and more generally electronic music in our releases, we are always open to anything: No matter the genre.

Enter Darion. A Vancouver Island native that we have known for years. Having dabbled in different genres in the past he has mostly been active lately in writing haunting moody instrumental songs that we could best describe as "something resembling the dreary nature of black metal fused with a minimal Folk-y sound". We might not be deep on meaning but if you're looking for a summer bummer album you might dig this release. Certainly we here at Scummy Recordings and our homies are fully supportive of his current path in music and support him in future journeys into sound
